Orientation
The challenge: New-hire orientation often becomes an information dump. This concept project explores how onboarding can introduce culture, teams, benefits, payroll, and service expectations without overwhelming the learner.
The solution: A structured Rise-style experience combining concise content, consistent visual storytelling, realistic scenarios, knowledge checks, and easy access to essential employee resources.
