Through many long-distance discussions with a close friend and fellow Learning Professional, the concept of Crossroad Learning sparked into existence.
Founded in 2018, and created from the knowledge that everyone is "new to something at least once", our training perspective approaches the challenges faced by many. We bring innovation, creativity, and an outside-of-the-box approach to your employee learning.

Meet David Mestas, the owner/operator of Crossroad Learning.
Born & raised in New Mexico, Dave has spent over 19 years as a learning professional within various industries (multimedia entertainment, construction, telecommunications, retail and customer support, hospitality, restaurant, and food service).
Dave has worn many hats and filled many positions; from trainer to instructional designer to e-Learning developer, to Learning and Development Manager, and everything in-between.
David has earned multiple certifications and professional accreditations throughout his lengthy career, including Master Trainer, Master Instructional Designer, and CTT+ Classroom Trainer.
After a successful career in designing learning and providing training for larger organizations and companies, Dave has brought his vision of providing expertise and experience to local businesses of New Mexico (and beyond) to fruition.
